Reputify LTD is a company registered in Scotland. Our registered office is Office 2/3, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP. We operate the website reputify.uk and provide Google review management software to dental clinics.

2. What information we collect

When you sign up for Reputify we collect your name, email address, and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card details directly.

When you connect your Google account we access only the permissions required to manage your Google Business Profile reviews. We do not access any other Google account data.

We may also collect basic usage data through Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and maintain your Reputify subscription, process payments, send you service related communications, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR our legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of a contract, specifically providing the Reputify service you have subscribed to. Where we use analytics we rely on legitimate interests.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of billing disputes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@reputify.uk.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights contact hello@reputify.uk.

7. Third party services

Reputify uses the following third party services to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Google APIs for review management, and Google Analytics for website analytics. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
