1. About us

Reputify LTD is a company registered in Scotland. Our registered office is Office 2/3, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP. We operate reputify.uk and provide Google review management software to dental clinics. By using our service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Reputify provides dental clinics with a QR code based review collection system and automated Google review reply functionality. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the service is available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Subscription and payment

Reputify operates on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. There are no setup fees and no minimum contract period. You may cancel at any time and will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Reputify complies with Google's terms of service and any applicable laws. You must not use the service to solicit fake or misleading reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must ensure that any staff members prompting patients to leave reviews do so in a manner consistent with your obligations as a healthcare provider.

5. Google account access

By connecting your Google Business Profile to Reputify you grant us permission to manage your Google reviews on your behalf. We access only the permissions required to provide the service. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software and technology underlying the Reputify platform remains the intellectual property of Reputify LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Reputify LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any twelve month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during that period. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or use the service in a manner we reasonably consider harmful. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@reputify.uk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email with a minimum of 14 days notice. Continued use of the service following that notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
